Biography

After a string of relatively sweet, non-bitter beers, I needed something with more bite. But the hop shortage really dissuaded me from doing anything that featured humulus lupulus, so I went for balance. To further avoid another syrupy output, I emphasized roasted notes with specialty malts. Then I went nuts.

Creation

The beer gods seemed set on opposing this brew. First, they turned Mt Adams into a bobsled course, preventing me from driving to the supply store. Then, they duped me into locking myself out, again preventing me from driving to the supply store. I went a little crazy, but I made it, and then I made this nutty ale in my madness.
