Biography

This first brew unleashed a comedy of errors that I didn't even recognize as errors. I didn't mill the grains; I pounded them with a rolling pin. Missing the color target. Underhopping an IPA. Orange flower water? Miraculously, these myriad wrongs made a right good beer. Just not the good beer I had intended.

Creation

Truly bizarre. Temperature targets were way off, recipe formulation was insane, but the general approach of using variety to create complexity and ward off harshness worked quite well.
